How do I repay my loan?
Most loans are repaid via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) on your next payday. You can also choose to repay via e-Transfer.
Repayment & Rights
What is my right to cancel?
Every borrower is entitled to a 48-hour cooling-off period. Please refer to our Borrower’s Rights page for details on how to return the principal without penalty.
Are there penalties for early repayment?
No. You can pay back your loan early at any time to save on interest, with zero hidden fees.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, an NSF fee may apply. We encourage you to contact our support team immediately to discuss your options.
